I think if you haven't already go for the corporate sponsorship. Corporate America really isn't that bad. I love it. Make me money (lol). Anyways I think its great when somebody else rambles about as much as I do, and I wish I could find a girl whole loves it as well so there you go something in common (lol).

Darn, if only there was an option for maybe. I initially say No considering they want to do more than just advertise. This may take away from your overall goal of the site. Also, you may lock yourself into something that once your website takes off even more, you may lose the chance to open your site to other (more profitable) advertising ventures.
